The OWB Type 3 model is not a classic astronomical filter - its purpose is to restore proper white balance in modified cameras so that they can be used not only for astrophotography, but also for regular daytime photography. The filter restores a spectral sensitivity range similar to the factory one and allows the use of the camera’s white balance settings, including automatic white balance.
