The SVBONY Off-Axis Guider SV238 (SKU: W9196A) is a compact OAG designed for high-precision guiding in long focal length astrophotography setups. A 8 × 14 mm prism intercepts a small portion of the telescope’s focal plane, outside the main imaging sensor, allowing the guide camera to monitor the exact same mechanical and tracking errors as seen by the main camera. With a slim 12.5 mm body, adjustable prism height and M54 / M48 / M42 interfaces, the SV238 integrates easily into common imaging trains with a field flattener, focal reducer and filter wheel.
