Levenhuk D2L educational grade biological microscope designed for novice users.

The microscope is equipped with glass optics. It has three achromatic lenses that give 40-400x magnification, and with the optional 16x eyepiece they can be increased to 640x. This is enough for observation of most interesting objects - e.g. cells and tissues of plants and animals, protozoa and planktonic crustaceans in a drop of water.

The microscope is easy to use. It can already be used by preschool children. Because it is light and handy, it can be taken almost anywhere. Thanks to the built-in battery power supply, it doesn't need an external power source. At home, it can also be connected to the mains by standard using the included power supply.

The microscope has two light sources. Bottom (transmitted) light allows viewing of typical biological preparations on microscope slides. In turn, the upper light (reflected) allows you to see enlarged opaque specimens (e.g. minerals, plant organs, printing, small invertebrates). The lights have intensity regulation depending on the selected magnification.

A basic preparation kit was attached to the microscope. It will allow you to start working out of the box.

The kit includes: 5 ready preparations,
5 slides
10 coverslips
plastic box for preparations
plastic round container with lid
tweezers
pipette
microtome

0.3 MPix USB camera

Included with the microscope is a camera (digital eyepiece) for connecting to a computer via a USB port, allowing observation on the computer screen and taking photos and videos.
