The Baader S-II Narrowband 8 nm (6724 ?) skimmer allows you to get images of nebulae in the sulfur radiation band. With the use of two additional H-Alpha and O-III filters, we can obtain images of nebulae, so they are performed by the Hubble Space Telescope (all of them must be done separately). Its narrow band in the S-II 10 nm region has a transmission of over 90%. At the same time, it completely eliminates light pollution with anthropogenic light. The filter has been extremely precisely ground so that the surfaces are perfectly parallel and accurate to 1/4 the length of the wave over the entire surface. Multilayer dielectric coatings applied plasma and ionically cured are exceptionally hard and durable. The coatings in this filter are not damaged during normal use and cleaning.
